Oi de Casa! 2014 Rural.scapes · laboratório em residência, Sao José dô Barreiro, Brazil
( The title is a misinterpretation that means ”Who is at home?”)
School children, professional musicians and old people came together and made a 90 minutes long performance in the village. By opening up and highlighting the wooden windows where the participants performed, the inside of the buildings in the village were suddenly visible to the audience standing outside on the street. The audience walked around together, and looked at the open windows which created new experiences and made it possible to rethink the understanding of the village.
