Billboard Istanbul brought together and exhibited 115 Turkish, Moroccan and Nordic contemporary female artists from Copenhagen and Istanbul. The billboards showed photographic images by female artists – raising awareness and encouraging public debates on gender issues, as well as bringing contemporary art to a wider audience of all genders and ages.
